Thought Field Therapy (TFT) in an exciting progressive development in clinical psychology. The principle feature of the TFT modality is efficiency and effectiveness. In most cases its application can result in complete and rapid resolution of specific emotional issues.

TFT has been dubbed a “power therapy” reflecting the potency of its effect in addressing emotional distress.

While I have thourough and comprehensive training in many clinical psychology modalities including rational emotive behaviour therapy (REBT); cognitive therapy (CT); hypnotherapy; and counselling since 1997 I have most often used TFT as a first-line or mainstay approach to my work because of the efficiency in achieving outcomes.

I continue to utilise effective strategies from these conventional clinical psychology modalities - particularly the philosophical orientation of Albert Ellis' REBT.
