He uses a multimodal approach including evidence-based methods of CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy), REBT (rational emotive behaviour therapy), clinical hypnosis, mindfulness meditation and TFT (thought field therapy) for the rapid, efficient release of emotional distress.

Private consultations are usually from fifty minutes to one hour and cost $206.00 which is the Australian Psychological Society recommended fee. Substantial discounts are offered for same day payments.
