For example, the exercises are useful for those facing end of term exams, important job interviews, current workload overload and overall general stress. Once learned, these exercises will be particularly useful in situations where you need to reduce stress, get centred and back in balance.

The seven exercises in this programme are likely to be helpful and beneficial in this way. Some of the exercises are very quick, taking only a few seconds, others take a bit longer, to a couple of minutes at most and they can be used in any combination to best suit the individual.
